IF THE QUOTE IS OPEN: To locate a request for an informal quote, make sure that the SELLER tab in the upper-right of your screen is highlighted and click the “Quotes” drop-down menu in the black bar at the top of your screen. Select “Informal Quotes”. If the request is still open, it will be in that list, sorted in the order in which it was entered. 

IF THE QUOTE IS CLOSED: The requests for informal quotes may have closed. Your email may have been delayed due to a technical problem. Please note that emails sent from CitiBuy supplement the notification in the Vendor Control Center and must not be relied upon as a mandatory notification in the City procurement process.
